Vitop tappetuter

Vitop® Original-tappetuten er verdensener innen tappetuter for vin.

Dens popularitet skyldes blant annet at den er svært enkel i bruk, og at den er både praktisk og elegant, slik at den tilfører verdi til Bag-in-Box® med sin unike design. Materialene, teknologien og kvalitetskontrollene vi gjennomfører i produksjonsprosessen, bidrar til den høye ytelsen til Vitop®-tuten. Vitop®-tuten sørger for at produktet har lang holdbarhetstid både før og etter åpning.

«Tuten som aldri lekker» har topp ytelse ved alle forhold, og er ekstremt pålitelig med en lekkasjerate på mindre enn 1/50 millioner siden lanseringen.

Vitop®-tuten finnes også i en kompakt versjon med samme teknologi og samme nivå av kvalitet.

 

Our range of Vitop taps

Vitop® Uno

  • The first tap in the Bag-in-Box® market to have attached tamper protection, compliant with the Single Use Plastics Directive
  • Tap is made of polypropylene but built with the prospective option of a full transition to mono-material, to be suitable for recycling into the existing flexible polyethylene stream
  • Available in both options: Original and Compact
  • The tap is patented in Europe, the USA and a number of other countries

Vitop® Natural

  • The quality of the Vitop® Original without the black carbon pigment
  • In countries where flexible packaging is widely collected, sorted and recycled, the Natural Vitop® increases the probability that our bags will be sorted and recycled correctly.
  • Compatible with hot-fill operations
  • Available in a “compact” version

Vitop® Compact

  • The same technology and quality as the Original, only smaller
  • Long shelf life of the product, thanks to the small quantity of air entering the tap
  • Increased sustainability credentials due to its light-weight design using less raw material
  • Compatible with Smurfit Kappa semi-automatic and automatic filling machines

Vitop® Blue

  • Specially designed for cleaning products including detergents and soaps
  • A reinforced structure, highly resistant to aggressive components
  • Perfect to be used either by the end-consumer or as a refill solution

Vitop® Aseptic

  • Developed for the dairy, liquid egg and other industrial use
  • Aseptic or clean application
  • Available in blue, yellow, red or white
