Using our website
Our website has been designed to be as easy to use as possible for all users.
Each page the same six main areas can be accessed from the horizontal navigation bar across the top of each page and the footer at the bottom of each page. This ensures you are able to access any area of the site no matter where you are.
The left navigation pane allows you to return to an area you may previously have navigated from, or instead, use it to continue on your journey to find more detailed information. As you navigate across our site, a trail also begins to build up under the page title
Each page has its own unique page title that clearly explains the page content. This will help you keep track of where you are in the website, and make it possible to distinguish between pages when you have more than one window or tab open.
We use pdf files to help us preserve the look and feel of our original documents. To open and view pdf files, download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.
To view our videos you will need access to YouTube. If you connect to the internet via a company network, a firewall may be preventing you from viewing video. Ask your IT department whether the firewall is configured to support streaming video and to check the proxy settings for your network.
