Smurfit Kappa and WestRock have completed their transaction to combine

We are proud to announce that the merger between Smurfit Kappa and WestRock has taken place and that as of July 8, the combined company Smurfit Westrock, will have a primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
