Markham Vale is a regeneration area and we are proud to employ around 150 people.

We are proud to have recently awarded long service awards, recognising employee retention, loyalty and commitment throughout the business.

The Markham Vale Academy (MVA) launched in September 2018. Since then, we have recruited seven local apprentices. The aim of the Academy is to welcome new employees, providing opportunities for development and future proofing our business.

The apprentices have opportunities for progression as they gain experience in each department to enable a thorough understanding of the business from start to finish.

All apprentices go through a Robust Training Plan across the Business including visiting Key Suppliers and are working towards a recognised City & Guilds Qualification/NVQ.

We invest into the training of our people using ILM Qualifications, starting from Level 2, ideal for team leaders going up to Level 7, suitable for senior manages.
