Tray Erectors

Tray erectors automatically form your corrugated cardboard or solid board trays enabling the processing of high volumes of cases saving labor, time and money.

We offer a range of tray erecting machinery to suit all your product and tray forming requirements.  These can either be erected as a lock form tray, or using hotmelt adhesive, offering additional material savings.

Our tray erecting machinery caters for all tray styles including two-piece packaging; tray and shrink film; low wall trays; high wall trays; display trays; four corner glued trays and 45 degree corner trays.  We also have extensive experience with tray erectors for the fruit & vegetable and dairy markets.

Tray erectors are simple to set up and the size changes can be quickly made by operators without the need for any tools.

Tray erectors can be integrated into existing or new lines and can be used as part of a modular system.  All solutions will be matched to your specific production requirements.
