Bag-in-Box is a safe and convenient packaging solution for dairy products

The Bag-in-Box is perfectly suitable for products such as fresh milk, UHT milk, ice cream, milk shake, cream, liquid cheese, yogurts and liquid eggs. The dairy product is vacuum-filled in a flexible bag - barrier to oxygen and aroma – and placed in an outer corrugated box. 

It is a hygienic packaging, produced in ultra-clean plants, and the product is not in contact with the users. There is no risk of damage, product spillage or contamination during the filling process. Big formats from 5L to 20L are widely used in foodservice, institutions and businesses. The Pouch-Up® is ideal for 1.5L and 3L dairy products. 

For dairy and liquid eggs we offer:

  • A large range of bags with barrier, semi-barrier or non-barrier films
  • Fully compatible for aseptic and clean filling taps - yellow or blue Topette, blue pouring tap with the tamper evident strip, or Vitop® with the double tamper evident strip for ultimate food safety
  • A commissioning procedure in order to verify packaging and product compatibility, compliance to the customer logistic process
