Our ambition for the EveryOne LGBTQ+ & Allies community in Smurfit Kappa is to ensure everyone can be their authentic selves at work, allowing us to build a global workforce where all people are equal, everyone can have a sense of belonging and can thrive regardless of their sexual orientation, gender, identity or expression. 

To help achieve this we have created an LGBTQ+ Ally network across our organisation. We want to grow this community further with effective and powerful voices to support our LGBTQ+ community.
 
Allies help community members, while educating others on the importance of equality, fairness, acceptance and mutual respect.  Our colleagues Amaya and Michelle from the United Kingdom share what it means to them to be part of this Ally network.
