The Wall of Love
From February 12-14, the team from our Smurfit Westrock – Žimrovice plant in the Czech Republic organized a special event at the Breda & Weinstein stores in Opava, aimed at spreading joy and leaving everyone involved with a heartwarming feeling.
At the heart of the event was a simple but meaningful workshop. Participants were asked to write heartfelt messages on Smurfit Westrock boxes. Each message and box was carefully placed on top of another with the goal of creating a winding Wall of Love, creating an emphasis on the importance of expressing love and gratitude.
Local children also eagerly joined in, crafting small handmade gifts for their loved ones. Their faces lit up when presenting them, embodying the event's purpose of spreading joy.
As the wall grew, so did the feeling of unity. Every message added to the wall's strength, a powerful symbol that showcased the importance of love and how it should be expressed freely.
