ThermoBox frozen food shipping boxes are designed to keep your temperature-sensitive products safe and fresh during shipping. Made from a 100% paper-based combination of honeycomb and corrugated material, our cold shipping boxes provide similar insulation properties to expanded polystyrene (EPS) boxes – without the plastic waste!

ThermoBox insulated shipping boxes are completely recyclable and biodegradable – making them the perfect sustainable substitute to plastic-based alternatives. 

Our insulated shippers can be manufactured and customized to your size requirements, without the need to invest in expensive molds as with EPS boxes. As ThermoBox cold shipping boxes are delivered flat rather than assembled, logistical and storage space optimizations can be achieved – leading to significant cost savings.

Due to the corrugated exterior, ThermoBox insulated food shipping boxes are also fully customizable. Our insulated shipping boxes can be printed in various finishes and designed to include handling instructions, product/sustainability information, and branding options. This makes them an ideal solution for chilled packaging for U.S. eCommerce brands.
