Smurfit Kappa to acquire Saxon Packaging

Smurfit Kappa UK, an integrated manufacturer of paper-based packaging products with operations throughout the UK, announces the acquisition of Saxon Packaging.

Saxon Packaging, based in Lowestoft, Norfolk is an independent converter of board into corrugated boxes and fitments.  The company has invested over the past three years in latest technology machinery which allows the company to meet the needs of its broad customer base in Suffolk, East Anglia and the Home Counties.
