Creating recyclable, corrugated event stands for Food Tech Forum

The International Food Tech Forum is one of Latin America’s leading events for the food and health industry, highlighting trends and innovations shaping the sector’s future. Held annually in Campinas, Brazil, the event brings together influential voices and top brands from across the food industry. For this edition, organizers wanted sustainability to be more than a theme — it needed to be built into the event experience.

The Challenge
The client found us through our website and reached out with a request for exhibitor stands made of cardboard that could last the three-day event, support laptops and other equipment, and make the most of the limited space. Each stand needed to reflect the exhibitor’s brand identity while meeting strict environmental goals. Setup time was short, so the design also had to allow for quick assembly.

The Approach
Our team worked closely with the organizers from the start, exploring ways to make cardboard both functional and visually appealing. We developed a modular, glue-free structure that could be assembled and disassembled quickly. To complete the space, we designed custom cardboard tables and chairs, reinforcing the sustainable theme while providing practical use for exhibitors and visitors.

The Result
The final stands were both recyclable and durable, showing that sustainable materials can deliver strength and style. Each stand was customized to the brand’s visual identity, creating a distinctive presence on the show floor. The modular design allowed for fast setup, and all materials were recycled at the end of the event, underscoring the commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility.
