Smurfit Kappa receives prestigious customer award in Mexico
Smurfit Kappa has received the Signify ‘Passion for Results’ award for outstanding customer support and service delivery.
Supply chain optimisation and a reduction in costs, coupled with exemplary customer service, were among the benefits that Smurfit Kappa provided for Signify.
Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting) provides energy-efficient lighting products, systems and services for the commercial and consumer markets and has a long-term relationship with Smurfit Kappa.
Speaking about the latest award, Greg Hall, CEO of Smurfit Kappa North America, said: “We are very pleased to receive this award from our valued business partner Signify. The award winners were chosen by a global panel of Signify Account Managers and Procurement Directors.
Smurfit Kappa’s Tijuana Plant in Mexico provides innovative, and sustainable packaging for a wide range of Signify’s lighting products including ballasts, LED lights and LED lamps.
