The Challenge
Le Cellier des Dauphins, brings together 2,300 winemaking families in the southern Rhône Valley, has been packing their wines in Bag-in-Box for about 15 years. Every day they faced the issues of wine preservation, the efficiency of the oxygen management on their filling lines, like all the other winemakers. It was important for them to go further and strengthen control over the quality of their products.
The Approach
Using our SmartLife approach we have provided the customer with the complete diagnostic of their filling process, identified the critical points and organised all the required support and training.
The Result

As Cellier des Dauphins continue to significantly increase their sales of boxed wine, our SmartLife service has improved their filling and production conditions. We trained the quality team and line operators and gave them the tools to measure and monitor the crucial parameters themselves in order to achieve their wine quality objectives.
