Designing postal and parcel locker optimised packaging for an outdoor clothing retailer

The Challenge
Horyzont, a Polish retailer of outdoor clothing, proudly stocks the highest quality and premium outdoor brands. They were looking for a range of sustainable eCommerce packaging to align with their brand values whilst providing them with efficiencies in both the packing and returns process.
The Approach
Using our eSmart process we reviewed the number of product variants and developed a range of different packs specifically designed to meet courier and parcel locker sizes. For smaller pack sizes we included an ergonomic handle and for larger pack sizes we incorporated a cut-out mountain range to maximise brand impact.
The Result
The new range of sustainable paper-based packs using minimal print, perfectly matches the brand's environmental commitment. Reducing the number of pack variants from 15 to 7, combined with the size optimisations, provided shipping cost efficiencies. Each pack also includes an adhesive strip to conveniently allow customers to return goods using the same pack.
