Peruspakkaukset

Peruspakkaukset ja tavalliset läppä- eli slitsilaatikot (Fefco 0201) ovat yleisesti käytettyjä kuljetuslaatikoita. Retail Ready Packaging (RRP)

Retail ready packaging (RRP) and shelf ready packaging (SRP) have been developed to get products from case to shelf in one smooth movement rather than decanting single units. SRP primarily considers the shelf replenishment requirements. RRP takes a more holistic approach and considers both shelf replenishment and supply chain requirements, as well as the interaction with the shopper whilst on the shelf.

Wraparounds

Wraparounds (also referred to as ‘wraps’) are designed for automated high-speed packing lines and provide tighter packing of a product than can be achieved with a standard box. Made from either corrugated or solid board, wraparounds can provide a more cost effective solution than a regular box.

Bag-in-Box (BIB)

Bag-in-Box (BIB) packaging is designed to extend the shelf life of liquid or semi-liquid food products or as a convenient packaging solution for industrial products. Made from corrugated cardboard or solid board, the outer box provides exceptional protection during transit. High quality printed packs use colour and graphics to attract consumer attention in the retail environment leading to increased sales.

Bulk Liquid Containers

Bulk liquid containers offer a heavy-duty packaging solution for the safe storage and transit of bulk liquids. Made from heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, the outer box provides exceptional protection during transit. Part of the Bag-in-Box family, bulk liquid containers incorporate a bag that is specifically constructed to preserve the exact liquid inside, ensuring the contents stay uncontaminated by the air outside.

Folding Carton Packaging

Folding carton (also known as box board) is a low grammage solid board ideally suited to the packaging of lightweight products. We offer a range of folding carton styles such as boxes and trays all using a variety of folding techniques. These can be manufactured flat or pre-glued for hand or machine erect based on your requirements.

Fresh Produce Tray (P84)

The P84 system is a family of fruit and vegetable trays. Each tray has a common footprint with interlocking points making it easy to stack. P84s allow you to stack trays of mixed loads and sizes resulting in a cost effective and efficient system for the packaging and transportation of fresh produce. Stacking the P84 trays also increases the stability of loads, reducing damage to fruit and vegetables during transit.

Fruit and Vegetable Boxes (Hand Erect)

We manufacture a wide range of hand erect trays and boxes specifically for fruit and vegetables. Hand erect trays are ideal where no machines are available, such as field packing.

We manufacture a wide range of machine erect trays and boxes specifically for fruit and vegetables. Machine erect trays waste no time with manual assembly, enabling you to process high volumes of trays on site, saving both time and moneyMade from either corrugated or solid board, we provide trays with common footprints or made bespoke to your exact requirements.

Fruit Punnets

Fruit punnets protect fruit in transit while offering consumers excellent visibility of the product. Paper based punnets, trays and baskets offer a replacement to polystyrene or plastic trays.

Hybrid Retail Ready Packaging

Hybrid retail ready packaging is a dual material two piece solution comprising of a solid board base with a corrugated hood that is glued together to make a complete pack. This packaging combines the supply chain performance of corrugated with the in-store performance of solid board to create the ultimate retail-ready solution

In-store Theatre

In-store theatre is a high impact point of purchase (POP) display that attracts consumer attention by creating a unique brand experience. Used in retail environments and at marketing events, the eye-catching POP displays allow brands to differentiate themselves over competitors and drive increased sales.

Layer Pads

Layer pads are used inside cases to divide layers of stacked products such as cans, bottles and other rigid packaging. The layer pad stabilises the products and disperses weight evenly to ensure they remain free from damage during transit.

Liquid Packaging

Made from corrugated cardboard or solid board, we manufacture a range of packaging specifically for the transportation and storage of bulk liquids. Liquid tight packaging is designed with a special folding technique to ensure it is absolutely leak-proof and uses a recyclable coating system (RCS), which offers the highest barrier performance.

Modified Atmosphere Packaging

Modified atmosphere packaging is designed to extend the shelf life of fresh food products. Comprising of a corrugated or solid board tray with a top film, the packaging works by modifying the atmosphere in which the food is packaged.

Palletainer

Palletainers are a heavy-duty corrugated solution used for the bulk storage and transit of loose fill products and fresh produce. Palletainers provide a cost effective and environmentally friendly alternative to wooden and metal crates.

Pouches

Pouches are an innovative packaging concept designed to extend the shelf life of liquid products such as wine, fruit juices, edible oils and detergents. Branded as Pouch-Up®, our pouches are made from triplex metallised film which has excellent oxygen barrier properties to preserve the liquid inside, ensuring the contents stay uncontaminated by the air outside.
