Converting Supervisor

I started as a production worker and spent time on the Bobst, Younshin Flat Bed Die Cutters. I became a machine operator for the Die Cutting operations
I transitioned over to Die Maker and took on Leadman role. As a Leadman I supported the supervisory team with schedules, orders to ship and production goals I joined the supervisory team on the Converting side

I started my career in the Converting Department. Transferred and joined the Medium Mill Production Team. Then took on opportunity to build and start-up the Liner Board Machine. Enjoyed shipping, quality, and production positions I was forwarded the opportunity to be a part of construction and start-up of the Coating Facility. Worked diligently with the Coating Team to develop eco-friendly recyclable coated products for the corrugated packaging industry. he Coating Facility offered me the opportunity to take on the Production Superintendent position. Attended evening classes and took advantage of the company tuition reimbursement program. Earned a Bachelor of Business degree Shortly after earning my business degree I was promoted to Production Manager at the Coating Facility. Currently responsible for safety, preventative maintenance, maximizing production while minimizing cost and coordination of special projects
