A career in sales requires significant face to face communication to:

  • Establish multi-level relationships
  • Provide a strong new product development and service support network
  • Develop and execute negotiations and contracts as opportunities arise

The sales function provides many opportunities for career progression, starting with packaging sales to local companies leading through to strategic management of a € multi-million customer portfolio.  The sales role can be categorised under three areas

  1. Account Management: Managing and growing existing accounts
  2. New Business Development: Identifying, targeting and acquiring new accounts.
  3. Sales Management: Managing sales people on a local, national and international basis.


A career in marketing requires the planning, development, implementation and management of both internal and external marketing communications activities.

Internal Communication: Our employees are our biggest asset, and the role of marketing is to keep colleagues up-to-date with what is happening in the company and our marketplace.

External Communication: We strive to be a customer-orientated company and so we listen to their needs to ensure we meet their product, innovation and sustainability requirements.  We ensure all stakeholders are effectively communicated with, in order to build and maintain strong relationships.
