2001 - 2009
2009 - Present
I joined the Group as a Graduate Trainee in 1988 and my management training included placements in Ireland and Italy. With degrees in Mathematics and Engineering, the diversity of management training was an excellent first step in my professional career. I was given an opportunity to work at our Novi Facility in Italy where I held the roles of Quality & Technical Manager. Living in Italy was a unique opportunity. I was subsequently promoted to the role of General Manager in Novi. I returned to Ireland and took the role of Technical Director of the Ireland operations. This was a challenging era in terms of strategic development and reorganisation. In 2010 my role diversified and currently I have a dual role split between Ireland and the European Central Purchasing Team.

Having developed my sales, management and leadership skills I was appointed the Key Account Manager for Dell, this involved servicing a large, multi national for a number of years. In 2003 I was appointed to the role of Sales Manager where I was involved in the development of new business opportunities, with a diversified product range. In 2011 I was appointed as Plant Manager for our Cork Operations. This was a challenging time but we have re-organised in order to grow the business in this region.
