Smurfit Kappa | Talent Development | Where will you take us?

Talent Development

As a company, our responsibility is to identify the individual talents of our people and offer them the opportunity to develop and reach their full potential. Training and development is an essential part of this. We encourage all of our employees to embrace learning new information and skills, no matter what stage they are at in their Smurfit Kappa careers or whatever their level in the organisation.

All of our Group programmes run annually in Smurfit Kappa under the label ‘Smurfit Kappa Academy’. Our Group Training and Development Programmes provide a snapshot of what Smurfit Kappa can offer employees who have the ambition to progress. Many more programmes are available in all our countries, arranged by our HR community.
