No week is ever the same, in fact no day is ever the same
Why did I join Smurfit Kappa?
Growing up in Ireland in the 80’s and 90’s Smurfit Kappa were always at the forefront of Irish business expansion abroad, it was this dynamic and successful approach by an Irish company which ultimately attracted me to the group.
What has been the most rewarding experience at Smurfit Kappa?
My year with Smurfit Kappa Argentina and my year working for the European Corrugated Division CEO were the most diverse experiences but equally rewarding is my current role where the challenge of developing a successful business unit is my goal.
What does the future hold?
I hope to make a success of my current role and then be presented with further career advancement opportunities within the group.
What advice would you give someone considering joining Smurfit Kappa?
A willingness to travel helps but a strong work ethic along with good social skills are key.
