Our aim is to ensure our customers’ packaging solutions, whether paper, board or box, are optimised at the lowest total cost of ownership. We achieve this through product development, process improvement and optimising organisational efficiency.
We proactively encourage innovation amongst our employees, creating a wide spectrum of opportunities inside the Design and Innovation function.
We have a network of over 650 packaging designers based across all of our plants, focused on creating and developing new products for customers.
Our engineers work in our specialist packaging laboratories to optimise packaging performance, and our technical project managers work with customers to develop their supply chains.
People working in the design and innovation function usually have a background in design or engineering.
