Smurfit Kappa has 3 places for recent graduates of any discipline on its General Management Graduate Training Scheme in the UK this year. Each UK Smurfit Kappa Corrugated site is run as a separate business unit by a General Manager, and as a result it is vital that we have a talent pipeline of future General Managers for our business The successful candidate will need to be located at 3 or 4 different sites anywhere within the UK during the 2 year scheme to enable them to develop a good understanding of the various factors involved in running a business, so mobility is essential.

To the successful candidate who fits the bill we are offering: a salary of £24,000, 25 days holiday + public holidays, accommodation allowance, life assurance, contributory pension scheme.
