Goods are shipped by mail or delivery service in all sizes and shapes – and there’s just as great a choice of boxes to suit. They are easy to erect by hand, some with sufficient buffers to offer protection and secure the product internally, while being sturdy enough to withstand handling and transport at every stage of distribution. Some providers, like the leading delivery service provider UPS, define standards for boxes.  Boxes supplied by Smurfit Kappa can be obtained at many  post offices in several European countries and several well-known mail-order companies rely on Smurfit Kappa boxes. 

Media & Books Packaging

Books and, more recently, media such as videos, DVDs and compact discs are frequently packed and shipped either as a single item or in small orders. A range of smart packaging solutions is available for store-order shipments and individual  items. Packs are customised and beautifully printed. A selection of standard packs is available at a number of Smurfit Kappa companies as well.

Relocation packaging

Smurfit Kappa boxes offer the practical solution. The more sophisticated designs come with a good grip or handle, are sturdy, easy both to stack, and  - most of all – easy to erect or close, without using tape. These qualities make the boxes reusable, giving removal companies good reason to charge a deposit and ensure their return. In some countries, standard moving boxes are available directly from our warehouses.
