Governance

The Directors are committed to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and this statement describes in summary the Group’s governance structures at Board level. The full Corporate Governance Report is set out on pages 30 to 37 in the Annual Report (which can be downloaded) and, except where stated in the Annual Report, the Directors believe that the Group has complied with the provisions of the Combined Code since its admission to listing on the Irish and London Stock Exchanges in March 2007.
