There are graduate programs to attract the best people and an in-house University to help them reach their maximum potential, providing challenging career opportunities. In addition, as a good citizen employer, there are sponsorships of post-graduate education programs in various countries. Good examples of these are found in Colombia, Venezuela and France also.
At several sites there are third generation of employees, testimony to our low people turnover.
